We used a famous Russian song that every body knows, so we replaced words, saying that under any weather conditions in this restaurant you’re always gonna be welcome, drunk and there is gonna be a plenty food on the table, plus its gonna be cost saving.

Actor is Alex aka Shurik he’s been on TV a lot and know for his stage performances in team comedy competitions.
